Microsoft Query
Microsoft Query is a powerful querying tool that allows you to combine the Access database capabilities into your Excel spreadsheet. VBA
Microsoft Visual Basic for Application (VBA) is the programming language that developers use to customize and enhance the functionality of Microsoft Office applications. Easy to use graphical (buttons, drop down listing, etc.) end-user interfaces can be used to launch custom programming code to execute multi-dimensional tasks such as running an allocation process or the uploading of data into Access. SQL Server
Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Server provides a powerful backend relational database system designed to store and share large volumes of data. It is a more robust database than MS Access.
